Visit with Grammy and Grampy

On our way up to Oregon we had the chance to visit and stay with family. We stayed in Pacifica the first night with Scott, Jenny and Mia. Jenny made us tasty dishes and Emerson and Mia played together. Then we headed to Sacramento to stay with Max and JoAnn for two nights. JoAnn cooked non-stop, as anyone who knows her would guess. Melinda and Marv and Heather and Virginia and Holly joined us for dinner one of the nights. Quinn was cooing and smiling at everyone and Emerson enjoyed the spotlight with all the presents Auntie Melinda Aunt JoAnn brought. While we were in Sacramento we also got to see Andrew and Elyssa and Quinn's friend, Jackson, who is just one day older than her. I got to see and catch up with my Mel too. We left Sacramento heavier from all JoAnn's delicious meals and happier to have had the chance to spend time with those we love.

After leaving Sacramento, we headed to Grammy and Grampy's house in Red Bluff. We invaded their house with the kids, Eli and Sean and I for five days. The first two pictures are of a beautiful hike in the foothills above Red Bluff that Michael and Michele took us on.

Here's Quinn enjoying Grammy's company and I think Grammy might be enjoying herself too.
