Glacier National Park was the highlight of our 3-week road trip out to Miles City, Montana. Within the first five minutes of entering the park we saw a moose munching on grass near a fast moving creek. And during the 50-mile drive on Going-to-the-Sun-Road we also saw a family of mountain goats climbing rocks and a bear fishing in a river. The wildlife and scenery were unlike any I've seen before...breathtaking, spectacular....all the brochure adjectives appropriately describe this park.
Our camera was broken for the first part of our trip through California, Oregon and Idaho. We saw great sights there too, we just don't have the pictures to illustrate.
